The Chinese held northeastern part is known as Aksai Chin and Indian South West is known as Ladakh.
This is the area where Indian and Chinese armies fought major war in 1962.
The area is one of the least accessed areas in the world and by agreement the two countries do not patrol this part of the border.
According to many tourists, Buddhist monks and the local people of Ladakh, the Indian Army and the Chinese Military maintain the line of control. But there is something much more serious happening in this area.
According to the few local people on the Indian and Chinese sides, this is where the UFOs are seen coming out of the ground.
According to many, the UFO underground bases are in this region and both the Indian and Chinese Government know this very well.
Recently, some Hindu pilgrims on their way to Mount Kailash from the Western pass, came across strange lights in the sky. The local guides while in the Chinese territory told them that this was nothing new and is a normal phenomenon from Kongka Pass area - the tensed border region between India and China.
This strange lighted triangular silent crafts show up from underground and moves almost vertically up. Some of the adventurous pilgrims wanted to look into the site. They were first turned back by the Chinese guard posts as they were refused entry from the Chinese side.
When they tried to approach the site from Indian side, the Indian border patrol also turned them down in spite of their permit to travel between the two countries.
Locals on both sides of the border believe there is an underground UFO base in this region with the knowledge of both countries. Local guides say this is not something new and it is a very common sight in Kongka La pass.
This theory is given credence by the fact that in June of 2006, satellite imagery on Google Earth revealed a 1:500 scale detailed terrain model of the area in question on the Chinese side of the border. This model was surrounded by buildings resembling a military facility.
Aksai Chin is a region where Eurasian and Indian plates have created convergent plate boundaries where one plate dives under the other and thus it is one of the few areas in the world where the depth of crust is twice as much as in the other places.
According to them the extra-terrestrial presence is well known and is in deep into the ground. They believe neither the Indian or Chinese Governments do not want to expose the fact for some reason.
When local people bring up this matter to local Governments, they are told to keep quiet and forget the same. WHY.. ?
Major findings
In the Lahaul Spiti region of Himachel pradesh , a UFO sighting was reported in 2004 by a group of geologist performing an expedition led by Dr. Anil Kulkarni of Space Application centre at Ahamedabad. Team have been in contact with a robot which is only 4 feet tall and is made from a metal not known to earth.
In between 1st of August and 15th of October 2012, Indo-Tibetan Border Police Forse and Indian Army have noticed UFOs in Ladakh region of Jammu and Kashmir. The police reported more than 100 sightings of bright objects.
In an another incident in 2012, Indian Military fired aganist the UFO at a close range because it is hoovering over them. Indian Army send a report to the defence ministery about this incident. The ministery given Do Not ENGAGE Order.
In an another incident in September 2012 Indian army found a ribbon shaped object floating on the pangong lake. India army used radar spectrum analyser but sadly couldn't locate any signal from it. Indian government also send a drone to locate the alien object but Nothing Found.
No answer for the question why the object is only visible by the naked eye.. At present no study is continuing regarding this incident..
In January 2017 , the CIA declassified and shared 930000 UFO documents on their websites . ( Note : the sudden release of all these documents is the part of the disclosure project. )
One of these include a document from 1968 detailing six UFO sighting in India, Nepal, Bhutan.
A very close UFO contact happened in Manipur India. Some boys from a students hostel at Mantripukhri locality of Manipur capital city Imphal a huge transparent circular object hoovering around 1:30 pm on Wednesday 7th, 2015. Photographs analysed and confirmed its originality.
One day later on October 8th 2015 sky watchers witnessed mysterious objects hovering over Ganden Monastery in Lahasa , Tibet. It was also seen in the xinjiang and Tianjin provinces of China.
The Sanskrit Documents
In 2012 the Chinese government discovered some Sanskrit documents in Lhasa Tibet and sent them to the University of Chandigrah to be translated.
Dr. Ruth Reyna of the university said that the documents contain direction for building interstellar spaceships.. Their method of propulsion, she said, was " anti- gravitational " and was based upon a system analogous to that of "laghima" , the unknown power of the ego existing in man's physiological make-up, a centrifugal force strong enough to counteract all gravitational pull. Dr Reyna said that on board these machines , which were called " Astras " by the text of ancient Indians could have send a detachment of men on to any planet according to the document , which is thought to be five thousand year old. The manuscripts were also said to reveal the secret of " Antima " , the cap of invisibility and " Garima " how to become as heavy as a mountain lead.
Naturally , Indian scientists did not take the texts very seriously , but then become more positive about the value of them when the Chinese announced that they were including certain part of the data for the study and making of the space station and future programs. This was one of the first instances of which both government admitting to be researched on anti gravity.
It is possible that the sighting in Lhasa, Tibet and In India konka pass and Manipur have something to do with the UFO mystery and answers can be found in the thousands of years old Sanskrit Manuscript documents.
Antigravity
In world war 2nd Nazis tried and failed to discover all these documents together. They only got few text relating anti-gravity and they were successful in it. They used mercury for a high speed rotation and by indicating high voltages a strong electromagnetic field were successfully created to lift a ship of the ground by using the " Biefeld Brown Effect" discovered by Thomas Townsend. A ship is always moving in the direction of the positive pole is . So the positive poles adjustment gives the flight direction, in every direction up , down , left or right.
